A: We will issue a formal invoice to you and you just make the payment. Then your order will be processed at once after you get it.

Q: How to ship out the batteries?
A: We have good partners to arrange the shipments to all countries. Although batteries are categorized as dangerous goods, you should rest assured that your cargo will be delivered through our experienced shipping partner(s).
Q: Do you have the documents required for battery shipments?
A: Yes, we have MSDS, UN38.3 for single cells, and other special files needed for shipments to some regions can also be applied for you.
