1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials used in autoclaved aerated coagulation production are usually sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, aluminum powder (aluminum paste) and so on.
This section is essential for the meticulous processing and reliable storage of the raw materials.

2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabrication
& Circulation
This critical section ensures the proficient production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
This segment efficiently manufactures the steel mesh (mesh cage) required for the autoclaved aerated concrete plates. It involves manual (or automatic) hanging of the mesh and the seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.

3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This core section is crucial for the production of high-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It skillfully handles the creation of steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for the autoclaved aerated concrete plates, involving both manual (automatic) hanging and the efficient automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame, loaded with billet body, is expertly demudded by turning the crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is then placed on the cutting car where it undergoes precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting to achieve the desired product shape.
Post-cutting, the body undergoes a meticulous process on the ground turning table to remove and recycle the corner waste.
After waste removal, the billet body is efficiently processed by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are seamlessly transferred into the autoclave for consistent pressure maintenance by the precision traction mechanism and the ferry cart.
Post-autoclave curing, the finished products are expertly extracted by the ferry cart and transported to the packaging section for final processing.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The steamed cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, packed, and transported to the storage yard by the advanced packaging and conveying equipment after separation.
